University of the Philippines Diliman Awarded ARTA Silver

The University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD) was awarded the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) RCS 2.0 Silver Award last 19 December 2022, signifying a very satisfactory rating for government service efficiency. The UPD Human Resource Development Office, under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration, with support from UPD Information Office, held a recognition ceremony —The UPD Committee on Anti-Red Tape Recognition Rites — on February 16, 2023. In the event, Certificates of Appreciation were given to UP Diliman’s Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) focal partners, including the Office of Field Activities (OFA) Diliman, headed by Director Arlyn P. Macapinlac, at the School of Statistics Auditorium in UP Diliman, Quezon City, in recognition of their valuable contributions and assistance in helping the University achieve the award. The event was attended by the various administrative units of UP Diliman.
